I was contacted some months ago by InStyle Magazine, to have a set of my toppers featured in an article for their InStyle Weddings, Fall issue. I screamed like a little girl when I read the Email! After jumping for joy around the house, and calling everyone who cares to share the news, I finally calmed down and answered them back... "Yes, of course I can get a set to you right away!"
Luckily, I had a set that I had just started. I hijacked these and went to work on them! I worked like a dog to get the set of toppers done to their specifications. They had contacted me on a Friday afternoon, by Monday morning these were on their way to New York. They where scheduled to be in a photo shoot on Tuesday.
I got them back in the mail a few weeks later and a confirmation that the article was a go! I have hesitated to share the news with you as I had no idea what the article was going to look like, whether or not they would even be in the article, or what the article was even about. All I knew was that the Magazine would be hitting newsstands on September 4th!"
Well, that is today and there they are, in print!! I can hardly believe it, but am just so excited to share this little bit of news with you. Please do check out the article if you get the chance!
